Is this the same as a regular bridal fair?

Not at all. The Ponderosa Wedding Experience Day is a guided, curated event and not an open fair with hundreds of vendors and no structure. Every element of the day is designed with a specific purpose: to help you visualize your wedding at Ponderosa, evaluate the catering, meet trusted suppliers, and feel genuinely ready to make a decision.

Is there a charge to attend?

No, attendance is completely FREE. However, because the experience is curated and intentionally intimate, spots are limited and an RSVP is required. We ask that you reserve your place only if you are genuinely considering Ponderosa for your wedding.

Do both partners need to come?

We strongly encourage both partners to attend. The experience is designed around couple decision-making: from the Planning Passport to the Chef's Tasting and the supplier conversations. You'll get far more from the day together than apart.

What is the Chef's Tasting?

The Chef's Tasting is a curated food experience led by our culinary team. You'll sample a selection of dishes from our wedding menu so you can evaluate the quality and style of the catering firsthand. Your Planning Passport includes a menu scoring page to help you record your impressions and compare dishes.

Who are the suppliers at the event?

Every supplier present has been pre-vetted and selected by Ponderosa. These are professionals who know the venue, understand its aesthetic, and have the experience to deliver on your day. You won't find strangers pitching at a booth, you'll meet trusted partners already aligned with the Ponderosa experience.

How do I confirm my RSVP?
